I want to write a fic where Alan Shore and Denny Crane go up against Ally McBeal and John Cage in court.

Actually, it's not so much that I want to write this fic as that I desperately want to see it on the show. WHY OH WHY has there not been any Ally crossover on Boston Legal? I mean, we know it's in the same universe because Ally crossed over with The Practice, and Boston Legal is a spin-off of The Practice. It's been about, um... five years since Ally moved to New York, but she always could have come back, and John was in Mexico but I'm sure he must have come back to Boston eventually too.

I WANT. John vs. Alan in the courtroom would be EPIC. (And Denny flirting with Ally would be pretty epic, too. I can already think of all the nicknames he'd come up with for her.)
